The optical element driving mechanism includes a fixed portion, a movable portion, a driving assembly, a first circuit assembly, and a second circuit assembly. The fixed portion includes a housing, a frame, and a base. The frame is affixed to the housing. The base is fixedly connected to the housing. The movable portion is movably connected to the fixed portion, and carries an optical element, wherein the optical element has an optical axis. The driving assembly drives the movable portion to move relative to the fixed portion. The first circuit assembly is disposed in the frame, and electrically connected to the driving assembly. The second circuit assembly is disposed on the base.
