A example ribbon decoration device includes a base structure having a first end, a second end, and a body. A plurality of decorative ribbons are configurable between a rolled configuration for storage and an unrolled configuration for decorating. Ribbon fasteners are configured to attach a corresponding one of the plurality of decorative ribbons to the body of the base structure. The base structure is positioned on a tree, pole, fixture, window, doorway, or other object with decorative ribbons in the rolled configuration on the base structure, and the decorative ribbons are changed to the unrolled configuration for decorating the tree, pole, fixture, window, doorway, arch, or other object.
