The rechargeable lithium battery apparatus of the present application, due to adopting a metal screw connection structure arranged on a circuit board at the positive electrode of the battery, corresponding to the positive electrode of the battery cell, achieves a positive electrode cap and a solid connection between the protection circuit board and the battery cell, forming a brand new lithium battery apparatus.
