The pattern region includes a first edge, a second edge, and a first pattern formed between the first edge and the second edge. The first pattern includes a first floor portion, a first valley portion and a second valley portion which are positioned closer than the first floor portion to the inner space of the housing, and a first inclined surface extending from the first floor portion to the first valley portion and the second valley portion.
