The electronic apparatus includes a memory and a processor configured to control the electronic apparatus to, based on a plurality of intent analysis results in relation to text information corresponding to a user voice being obtained, generate a user interface (UI) including a plurality of guide information corresponding to at least a part of the plurality of intent analysis results, based on one of the plurality of guide information being selected, perform a function corresponding to the selected guide information, and based on the performed function being maintained for a predetermined time or more, control the memory to store the mapping information between the performed function and the text information.
