The present disclosure belongs to a towing device with a damping function. The cushion fills a gap between the tightening screw and the fixed seat, and an activity space where the fixing pins are threaded into the fixing holes is also greatly narrowed; the axial movement of the towing cantilever after the mounting is restrained.
