The package comprises an outer tube body having an exterior layer and an outer tube interior chamber; and an inner tube having an exterior layer and an inner tube body having an inner tube interior chamber; a dispensing orifice wherein a portion of the dispensing orifice is in communication with the outer tube interior chamber, and a portion of the dispensing orifice is in communication with the inner tube interior chamber.
