A hollow area of the metal plate has a first projection area on a projection plane that is parallel to the metal plate, and a contact area of the second power terminal set has a second projection area overlapping the first projection area on the projection plane. The first projection area has a first border line and a second border line. The second projection area has a third border line and a fourth border line. The first border line and the third border line have a first projection distance therebetween. The second border line and the fourth border line have a second projection distance therebetween. The first projection distance and the second projection distance are both 0.2 mm or more.
