The body includes a sleeve portion having an insertion space for a tool. The body is movable between a first position and a second position and relative to the base. The elastic element is connected to the base and the body to provide a force for moving the body from the second position to the first position. The size of the insertion space varies as the body moves between the first position and the second position.
