The cup lid includes an inner layer cylinder, a sandwich cylinder sleeved on the inner layer cylinder, an outer layer cylinder sleeved and clamped on an upper portion of the sandwich cylinder, a first sealing ring with an elasticity sleeved on a lower portion of the sandwich cylinder, a sealing cap detachably mounted at the bottom of the sandwich cylinder, and a cap shell covered to the outer layer cylinder and fixedly connected to the inner layer cylinder. A cylinder wall of the outer layer cylinder is provided with a connecting groove corresponding to the connecting piece.
