The cable feed control mechanism includes a second motor, a drive wheel rotatable by the second motor about a second axis that is perpendicular to the first axis, and a driven wheel rotatable about a third axis that is parallel to the second axis. The drive wheel and the driven wheel are configured to engage the cable to feed the cable along the first axis.
