The cavity is opened downward and laterally outward of a vehicle body of the vehicle, and houses a portion of the wheel. The airflow ejector is provided, in the cavity, on a front side of the vehicle relative to the wheel. The airflow ejector is configured to eject an airflow that forms a turbulence boundary layer adjacent to a surface of the wheel on a vehicle-widthwise inner side.
