The first attachment can be arch shaped when coupled to the base. The first attachment can define a first plurality of apertures. The second attachment can be selectively coupled to the base at a first end portion thereof and can be selectively coupled to the base at a second end portion thereof. The second attachment can be arch shaped when coupled to the base. The first attachment can define a second plurality of apertures.
