A base station may transmit, to a wireless device, one or more radio resource control messages comprising parameters for a discontinuous reception operation and one or more beam procedures. The wireless device may monitor, based on one or more of the parameters, a downlink control channel for downlink control information (DCI). After detecting the DCI, the wireless device may receive one or more downlink packets.
