The system includes a plurality of cylindrical container holders affixed to a top surface of the bottom panel. The exterior surfaces of the container holders and the interior surfaces of the five-panel box structure form an interior ice chamber. The system includes a water barrier liner on an interior surface of the ice chamber. System includes a drain plug.
