The fixed assembly has a base plate. The first movable assembly includes a circuit member movable relative to the fixed assembly, and the circuit member includes a circuit member body and a movable cantilever. The photosensitive element is configured to receive light traveling along an optical axis. The photosensitive element is disposed on the circuit member body and is electrically connected to the circuit member. The first driving assembly is configured to drive the first movable assembly to move relative to the fixed assembly. There is a gap between the first movable assembly and the fixed assembly, and only the photosensitive element is disposed on the circuit member body.
