Provided herein are compositions for the ingestible administration of lisinopril. In some embodiments the compositions comprise lisinopril and silicon. In some embodiments, the compositions comprise lisinopril, silicon, magnesium metal, and copper (I) chloride. Also provided herein are apparatuses comprising the compositions provided herein.
