The ratchet guide includes: a through hole into which the reel support shaft is insertable; and a locking portion configured to be engaged with the reel support shaft on an inner periphery of the through hole. A movement of the ratchet guide in an axial direction of the reel support shaft is restricted in a state in which the locking portion is engaged with the reel support shaft.
