It is a needed product for treating mass casualties in combat as well as in shooting situations such as those that have recently occurred at schools, night clubs and other large gatherings. The device can assist in stopping blood flow from wounds and give the injured person more time to obtain hospital treatment to hopefully preserve the person’s life.
