By making at least one of a thickness or an angle of inclination of an insulating layer disposed on an area where a touch routing line is disposed on a non-active area of a display panel and an area that lacks the touch routing line to be different from each other, a short circuit between touch routing lines due to a defect in a process arranging the touch routing lines can be reduced.
