Addition of mycotoxin mitigating enzymes or microorganisms expressing mycotoxin mitigating enzymes to steeping, propagation, and/or fermentation tanks, and/or to post-fermentation product streams, mitigates mycotoxin levels in fermentation co-products obtained from mycotoxin contaminated feedstocks.
