A sun visor holder includes a base portion and leg portion. The second wall portion includes a pair of second engaging pieces whose base end portions are connected to a tip end side of the second wall portion, and a vertical wall that is disposed between the pair of second engaging pieces and extends in a vertical direction of the second wall portion. Groove portions that extend in the vertical direction of the second wall portion and thin the second wall portion are formed on the second wall portion between each of the second engaging pieces and the vertical wall.
