The bicycle support structure includes a wheel hoop that allows the front wheel and handlebars of a suspended bicycle to be leaned. The bicycle support structure may be pivoted relative to the upper and lower pivot bars. The upper and lower pivot bars may include a plurality of mounting points at close spacing.
