The light-emitting assembly includes a shell disposed on the base and a light-emitting main body disposed on the shell. The rotating assembly includes a rotating disc. Clamping grooves are defined on an edge of a top face of the rotating disc. Protrusions matched with the clamping grooves are disposed on an edge of a lower end of the pattern cover. The protrusions are respectively clamped with the clamping grooves.
