The adjustable lighting mechanism includes a housing, a swinging member and a lighting source. The housing is moveably mounted to the tool main body and guided by the curved guiding slots. The swinging member is connected to the housing and includes a pivot centerline. The lighting source is disposed at the housing and includes a lighting centerline. The housing can rotate outward from an output axis, such that the pivot centerline moves within a swinging range and the lighting centerline moves within a lighting range.
