The floor includes an upper major surface, a lower major surface opposing the upper major surface, a first side edge, a second side edge, the first and second side edges extending from the upper major surface to the lower major surface. The floor includes one or more front edges and one or more rear edges. The one or more front edges and one or more rear edges extend from the upper major surface to the lower major surface. The floor is formed from a unitary, continuous, solid plate material.
