If the data collecting computer receives distress data from the mobile device, the data collecting computer communicates to a first communication device. The processor is configured to communicate, via the communication system, to a first communication device; and submit data to the first communication device. The processor is configured to capture images of an intruder by utilizing artificial intelligence when prompted by the user. The artificial intelligence uses facial recognition to recognize face of the intruder.
