The memory containing instructions configuring the processor to receive a creative work datum, determine a creative work class as a function of the creative work datum, generate a creative work token as a function of the creative work datum, and store the creative work token in an immutable sequential listing, where storing the creative work token includes generating a smart contract associated with the creative work datum, the smart contract also including the creative work class. The processor further configured to generate a machine-readable code as a function of the creative work token and the creative work class and transmit the machine-readable code to an output device.
