The selection process includes a process of selecting an excluded storage battery apparatus excluding from the object of the charge and discharge control by the control server, out of the plurality of the storage battery apparatuses, based on the deterioration degree specified by the specification process. The notification process includes a process of notifying, to the control server, notification that the charge and discharge control to the excluded storage battery apparatus selected by the selection process is unable.
