The closure portion is configured to be removed from a finish portion of the container by rotatably disengaging from threads of the finish portion. A tamper evidence band configured to remain engaged with the finish portion when the closure portion is removed from the finish portion. A multiplicity of thin connections attaching the tamper evidence band to the closure portion. The thin connections configured to break apart when the closure portion is removed from the container. An anchor extending from the closure portion to the tamper evidence band. The anchor configured to keep the closure portion attached to the tamper evidence band when the closure portion is removed from the container.
