The information processing apparatus has a controller configured to execute the processing of obtaining a trajectory record defined as a record of the trajectory along which the vehicle has travelled, detecting an abnormal behavior of the vehicle, generating record information, which is information representing a trajectory record prior to the detection of the abnormal behavior of the vehicle among the obtained trajectory records, and transmitting the record information to other vehicles.
