A drum head includes: a diaphragm; an outer cushion that is joined to the diaphragm and has a predetermined cushioning property; an inner cushion that is interposed between the outer cushion and the diaphragm and has a predetermined cushioning property; and at least one joint that joins the outer cushion to the diaphragm in a state in which the inner cushion is pressed against the diaphragm by the outer cushion.
