A vehicle wheel includes a vehicle rim having a central hub, and a plurality of vehicle airfoil struts connected to the central hub and being extended radially outwardly therefrom. Such vehicle airfoil struts are equidistantly spaced about the central hub. Each of the vehicle airfoil struts has a central longitudinal axis extended radially away from the central hub and includes a leading section facing forward and having a first curvilinear surface provided with a first radius of curvature facing a rotation direction of the vehicle rim, and a trailing section facing rearward and having a second curvilinear surface provided with a second radius of curvature opposing the rotation direction of the vehicle rim. The first radius of curvature is greater than the second radius of curvature.
