The terminal receives downlink control information. The downlink control information includes time domain locations of at least two mini-slots for downlink reception. The terminal may include N antenna panels. N may be an integer greater than or equal to 1. The time domain location of the at least one mini-slot may be determined according to the information of a mini-slot interval threshold. The information of the mini-slot interval threshold may be determined according to the antenna capability information of N antenna panels. The information of the micro-slot interval threshold may be used to indicate the minimum time domain interval between adjacent mini-slots where the terminal receives downlink data.
