The system may have an upper bracket connected to one of the support members and a rail adapted to permit selective sliding movement of the upper bracket with respect to the rail. The rail may be connected to one of the support members. The rail may extend toward another support member, but it may terminate before it reaches the support member leaving a gap between the rail and support member.
