The overshot conduit is configured to receive the external circumferential surface of the tubular body. The engagement mechanism is disposed within the overshot conduit, connected to the overshot body, and configured to engage with the external circumferential surface of the tubular body. The cutter body is connected to the overshot body and is configured to enter the tubular conduit. The disk assembly is rotatably connected to the cutter body. The motor is located within an orifice of the cutter body and is configured to rotate the disk assembly.
