The piece of jewelry contains a decorative Jewel located in a setting and an annular jewelry part with a boss. On the surface of the boss, there is at least one longitudinal groove and an annular part that intersect with each other. The setting is made hollow with a cylindrical inner surface and may be installed to the boss along the inner surface. On the inner surface there is at least one protrusion that may be engaged in the groove of the jewelry part.
