The protrusion protrudes along the circumferential direction and comes into pressure contact with the permanent magnet accommodated in the magnet accommodating hole from the radially inner side. Each of the protrusions is defined by a protrusion forming space extending along the circumferential direction from a radially inner side surface of each magnet accommodating hole, and at least one of the protrusion and the protrusion forming space is on the magnetic pole center.
