The device includes an adjustable bar having a first side wall and a second side wall located opposite the first side wall. An adjustment mechanism is located on the second side wall. The adjustment mechanism is adjustable in a direction perpendicular to the first side wall. A plate is located between the first side wall and the second side wall. A height adjusting screw is located at the bottom of the adjustable bar moving the plate in a vertical direction adjusting the height of the plate. A first tilt screw is located at an opposite end of the adjustable bar as a second tilt screw allowing for rotation of the adjustable bar around the first and second tilt screws.
