Also, the webs can be easily taken off without making grip stronger than necessary. The present invention pertains to an industrial fabric formed by weaving warp and weft, wherein an embossed pattern having a concavo-convex shape is formed in the vicinity of the apex of a knuckle portion exposed on the surface side of the warp and/or weft. In particular, the industrial fabric is characterized in that the warp and/or weft having the embossed pattern are plastic monofilaments.
