The controller can be configured to: detect one or more patient events based, at least in part, on the physiological information; notify the patient of the detection of the one or more patient events; and receive a patient response to the notification. The patient response can include a response activity identifiable by the input component, which is configured to test a psychomotor ability of the patient, cognitive ability of the patient, strength, balance, stability, and flexibility of the patient, and/or to substantially confirm that a person performing the activity is the patient.
