Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a network entity may transmit, to a user equipment (UE), an indication of a multi-level coding scheme that specifies a first encoding algorithm associated with level 1 coding and a second encoding algorithm associated with level 2 coding based at least in part on power management.
