The roller is provided with an anti-bounce hook, the anti-bounce hook extends into the sliding groove, and the anti-bounce hook abuts against at least a part of the sliding groove. The disclosure has the beneficial effects as follows. According to the disclosure, the sliding groove is arranged in the upper rail, and the anti-bounce hook is arranged on the roller, so that by extending the anti-bounce hook into the sliding groove to abut against a part of a top wall of the sliding groove, an anti-bounce effect can be achieved.
