The device can include a connector to electrically couple with a component of a vehicle via a first electrical connection of the connector and a second electrical connection of the connector. The connector can provide power to the component of the vehicle via the first electrical connection of the connector. The device can include a communication component to transfer a data packet between the device and the component of the vehicle via the second electrical connection of the connector. The component of the vehicle can be disconnected from a power source of the vehicle.
