The waist band includes a front portion for covering at least a portion of an abdomen of a wearer, a back portion for covering at least a portion of a lower back area of the wearer, a first inner panel extending from a front central line at the front portion to a back central line at the back portion, a second inner panel extending from the front central line at the front portion to the back central line at the back portion, and at least one bonding adhesive panel bonding together the back portion with the first and second inner panels. The inside of the disclosed waistbands are seamless.
