The lifting mechanism comprises a driving device, a transmission assembly and at least two groups of lifting assemblies. The lifting assembly comprises a lifting screw, lifting nuts, supporting feet, wherein the supporting feet are connected to the lifting nuts and are configured to support the running platform, the driving device and the lifting screw are respectively arranged on the running platform, the driving device drives the lifting screw to rotate through the transmission assembly, and the lifting screw is raised and lowered relative to the lifting nut so that at least one end of the running platform raises and lowers accordingly.
