The invention relates to a method for the production of a vascular damaging effect in a warm-blooded animal such as a human, which comprises administering to said animal an effective amount of ZD6126 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, before, after or simultaneously with an effective amount of one of the following therapies: i) ionizing radiation; ii) a platinum anti-tumor agent; and iii) a taxane.
