The magnetic film is disposed between the first substrate and second substrate and located in the vibration chamber. The magnetic film has a predetermined magnetic field. The first metal layer is disposed under the first substrate and is aligned with the vibration chamber. The second metal layer is disposed on the second substrate and is aligned with the vibration chamber. The electricity storage device is electrically connected to the first metal layer and second metal layer.
