Several bristle rows B1–B3 are distributed circumferentially on the tubular body. An air stream divider 3 is in front of the bristle rows B1–B3. A hot air stream 17 is divided by the air stream divider into an air stream 18 flowing into the air channel 7 and one flowing along the outer shell surface of the tubular body 6. The bristle rows B1–B3 of the brush 1 are spaced apart from one another. Each bristle row B1–B3 is next to an air guidance element L1–L3 closed in the radial direction and forming at least one flow channel 12, 16 and is open toward at least an adjacent bristle row B1, B2, B3.
