The object of the present invention is to provide a hair brush that can be used for cutting the hair so that no skills and knack are required for adjusting the inclination angle of bristles and cutters with respect to the scalp. In a hair brush in which multiple the bristles 12 are set upright on a the brush body 14, the cutters 18 provided with the cutting edges 18a are set upright nearby the bristles 12.
